Refund and Returns Policy for CameraNitoPro Shop

At CameraNitoPro, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Opened or used memory cards, software, and digital products.
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Gift cards or vouchers.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@cameranitopro.com or call us at (410) 608-1608. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  3. Shipping the Return: Once you have the RMA number, securely package the product and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged.
  4. Inspection and Refund: After receiving your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns that meet our return policy criteria. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the item you want. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

To expedite the process, please provide the following when contacting us:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order number.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return Shipping Labels: In cases where the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel a pending order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
